Junior Software Developer (Entry-Level)

Schedule: 2–3 days/week, 9–5 (flexible), in-person 1x/week
Renumeration: $31.35 per hour inc casual loading, plus super

About the Role

Join a hands-on, fast-paced development environment working directly under Josh, a self-starting software developer and infrastructure specialist with 4+ years of experience, including scaling an insulation company nationwide and building AI driven psychometric and character tools, and driving trade and engineering businesses to success!

You’ll get the opportunity to build real-world solutions for trades, engineering, and healthcare clients. We create practical tech that delivers.

What You’ll Work On

  • Developing clean, responsive front-end interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS/Tailwind).
  • Writing Python or JavaScript automations to solve operational problems.
  • Collaborating on internal tools, integrations and software design
  • Assisting in writing software documentation and reporting
  • Other ad hoc tasks related to software testing, setup, or internal tooling

Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about software/IT (formal degree not required).
  • Some experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Willing to learn quickly and take initiative.
  • Interested in working with technical industries (trades, engineering, law).
  • Enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively

No prior job experience required — just a great attitude and real interest.
